Position Title: Sr Software Engineer I

We are looking for a Senior Programmer to guide the development of procedural open world technology using the Frostbite Engine.
About the role:
You will operate at the intersection of digital content creation tools (Maya, Houdini), data pipelines and game runtime to achieve top-notch technology for an exciting project where open-worlds are important to the experience. You have a vision for delivering great in-game results with pipelines and tools that empower creativity, usability, iteration and efficiency. You will implement the most technically challenging aspects of your vision and direct or collaborate with other developers to bring it to life. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the early stages of development and set the foundation for this project.

Primary responsibilities:
- Manage the architecture of our project's open world tools and technology
- Partner with the Frostbite team to improve core engine functionality towards our needs
- Partner with team members of all technical, artistic and design disciplines to gather requirements
- Partner with QA to establish the testing strategy
- Provide technical mentoring to other team members
Requirements:
- Experience working through the full development cycle on multiple AAA titles
- Excellent knowledge of C++
- Experience with procedural content creation algorithm and techniques
- Experience scripting in Houdini
- Familiarity with runtime code performance and optimization concepts
- Awareness of user experience concepts
- Knowledge of C# and WPF
