We are looking for you who are a HR professional to join our People Practices team based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to our Director, People Practices.

Our People Practices Partners are passionate about delivering simple and awesome people experiences while delivering programs and support in meaningful and efficient ways. In this role, you will be partnering with the Sweden based team of People Practice Partners and connecting with employees, enabling people managers, supporting team effectiveness and engagement initiatives, planning and delivering people programs, and being a cultural steward for EA.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Build relationships and collaborations with internal partners to bring simple programs and people practices
  • Develop creative and enhanced solutions for complex program related needs
  • Partner with managers to provide candid, unbiased coaching and counsel to enhance manager effectiveness and improve individual and team capabilities
  • Apply great knowledge of HR metrics and have a data-driven approach to identify opportunities to use HR technology and business intelligence to provide data-driven insights
  • Understand client and market business models/cycles, priorities and cultural nuances as an input into operational execution
  • Drive talent programs across multiple client groups including engagement, talent management, performance review and compensation programs
  • Establish and guide complex change projects across client groups and support our ability to change by developing the capacity and readiness for change
  • Develop site wide operational strategies and projects
  • Lead work with managers, employees and COE:s to develop overall capabilities to foster a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, fun and fair workplace
  • Experience with HR IT systems (e.g. Workday, Glint, Visier)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with 8 years progressive experience as an HR partner
  • Experience using data and data-driven insights in daily work
  • Excellent skills in coaching, change management, and overall talent management
  • Outstanding project leadership and delivery experience
  • Experience managing Swedish labor law processes, collective agreements and union negotiations
  • Great facilitation skills
  • Having a passion for creating healthy organisations, driving transformation and helping culture be a competitive advantage
