Presentation Director

As an essential creative role, you will oversee the project's connective content and work towards a smooth player experience. The Presentation Director will visualize in-game ambient and TV Style Broadcast connecting different content pieces into a standard Presentation Flow for an interactive player experience. Later work will involve overseeing connective presentation, technical implementation, polish, and final debugging.

The Presentation Director will also work with our studio technical and artistic partners to grow our capacity and ensure an impactful presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish the presentation vision for the next Madden and College Console games, considering cameras, transitions, animation, pacing, UI, audio, and authenticity
  • Align with directors and lead in their area of expertise to promote the high-level creative
  • Understand the unique modes of play, game narrative, and gameplay design to assess how different features could affect or support the experience.
  • Work with teams to design a cinematography language.
  • Previz important scenes for gameplay, conversations, cinematics, and in-game set pieces to maintain a consistent flow. Work with design, art, performance capture, and tech partners to understand implementation requirements.
  • Create gold standard content to determine gold standard processes, and techniques. These example assets will also guide junior developers and outsource partners.
  • Help test and improve presentation pipelines as we work towards better collaborating and testing methods.
  • Provide feedback on how presentation can improve gameplay, level design, branching narratives, and systems feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of presentation and or previous experience on at least one AAA title. Ideal in interactive Sport gaming/entertainment
  • Previous experience in live sports broadcasting is a plus
  • Experience with previsualization, cinematography, and cinematic animation.
  • Have a deep passion for sports and interactive broadcast, visual storytelling, and game design.
  • Having a passion for sports, especially America Football
  • Can invent the future of sports broadcasting and entertainment
  • Pitch your ideas in large or small groups.
  • Mentor and inspire developers across multiple art, design, and technology disciplines.
  • Have a broad creative toolkit that allows you to solve problems, try out ideas, and quickly improve sequences.
