Accounts Receivables Collector
Lyon
Contract - 12months 

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

  • To ensure that all customer accounts are up to date and reconciled, and that all payments are received according to terms and forecast.
  • To maintain a clean Debt ledger for management review on a monthly basis.
  • To liaise with other functional areas of the business (Sales / Operations) and other Finance locations to ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a full and timely manner, therefore encouraging productive relationships to help maximize cash collection and settlement.

DUTIES:

  • Customer query resolution – working closely with both the Sales and Operations teams in several territories.
  • Issuing Invoices and Statements releasing Orders and collecting/chasing Cash
  • Manage cash posting and allocation process with the Hyderabad team in India
  • Customer Account Reconciliations.
  • Raising manual invoices and credits as when required.
  • Mid & End of month payment clarifications.
  • Adherence to existing Service Level Agreements.
  • Employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested.
