Position Title: Manager, Facilities

External Description:

The role of Manager - Incident Management and Risk Intelligence is to manage large-scale security incidents and lead a team of analysts to assess risks to EA's people, assets, and interests globally. You will lead a team to create and provide intelligence and incident management support to our security and business operations. You will use your advanced program management ability, executive presence, and intelligence tradecraft to forecast, detect, monitor, and prevent threats to EA. You will work with executive and site leadership to manage incidents affecting physical safety of EA employees and business operations, and lead a team to create intelligence products to inform policy around risks to the company.

Organization

Global Safety, Physical Security & Business Resiliency (GSPS) was established to support enterprise-wide needs for safety, security and business resiliency programs. GSPS strives to unite and empower us at EA to create a safe and secure environment. You will report to the Senior Manager for Intelligence, Investigations, and Incident Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of full-time and managed services employees to provide credible and relevant intelligence to inform our operators and business decision makers on risks to EA.
  • Promote enterprise-wide incident management efforts, working with essential leaders from multiple departments including Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Legal, and Security.
  • Conduct briefings for a variety of levels of customers (by phone, video conference, in-person briefing, or industry conference).
  • Lead teams to assess and manage incidents and crises, analyze data, reach conclusions, and make recommendations to ensure safety and minimize the operational impact to EA and our people.
  • Support travel, events, and other EA teams with intelligence products that identify risks to travel, events, or other areas for EA.
  • Develop intelligence products and brief partners on board security risks to EA including the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Manage our emergency response and crisis management plans, training (table top exercises), budget and staffing models, and after-action reporting.

Qualifications:

  • You have managed teams to assess broad threats and security issues in a corporate security or government setting.
  • You have demonstrated clear working knowledge of the ICS methodology and its application in real-world corporate or government environments.
  • You have experience in all facets of the intelligence cycle, leading teams to collect data, analyze information, and produce meaningful reports.
  • You have coordinated incident responses by identifying relevant partners, coordinating and chairing meetings with a targeted agenda, assigning tasks and due-outs, coordinating with internal and external partners, and following up on all actions to ensure resolution.
  • You effectively communicate analytic judgements to leadership and other relevant partners.
  • You set clear goals to guide your evaluation of the team's performance, job satisfaction, and professional development.
  • You create collaboration opportunities, cultivate relationships, and promote consensus building.
  • You foster an inclusive culture of innovation across the team by encouraging, mentoring, and rewarding innovation.

Other Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in a similar role within a Global Corporate Security or Intelligence Team, Law Enforcement (Federal, state, or local), or Military organization.
  • Bachelors or advanced degree(s) or combination of requisite experience and education.
