Become a foundational part of respectful and diverse team as we are looking for a Senior Technical Artist to join our team.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Art you will focus on animation and character pipelines and workflows, helping us build an ambitious AAA open world action RPG with an emphasis on procedural narratives. The Sr. Technical Artist will collaborate with the team's Directors to help the procedural characters and stories come to life focusing on the latest character pipelines.

Your responsibilities include:

  • You will research state-of-the-art technologies around modern character and animation pipelines.
  • You will work with the Technical Directors, building the tools to support a robust character art pipeline.
  • Working with the procedural presentation team on in-game implementation, you will be iterating on and polishing the runtime character and animation systems.
  • You will Identify the needs around personnel and content resources based on initial prototyping and execution of the character art and animation pipelines.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience, with a shipped AAA title, with a focus on character and animation pipelines
  • Experience with modern real-time engines and their constraints.
