The newly formed brand team for Electronic Arts is only a year into building our brand, making it one of greatest (+ fun) exercises in transformation & change management in our industry. Our newly built Electronic Arts brand team is looking for a brand manager eager to bring purpose back to our brand and foster a more inclusive community around play. In a work sense, you will oversee planned and real-time communications with players across the entire Electronic Arts social portfolio.

You will build and lead our marketing efforts - with players/fans through authentic, engaging, value-based content and stories distributed through a variety of marketing channels (i.e., TTL communications - TVC, OOH, Digital (OLV/OLA), Social...)

You will handle the planning, creating and reporting for EA Brand campaigns. You will operate within a tight-knit multi-functional team of publishing and cross-organizational partners that plan and act together. Collaboration will be necessary for success. You will report to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing.

You have a passion for brands (preferably in gaming, entertainment; tapped into culture/trends) and for creating fun, engaging content that bolsters success across the marketing funnel. You are creative and have an eye for good brand-building content and community storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with teams across departments to create integrated marketing plans through to execution, delivering on campaign goals and strategies.
  • Partner with International Counterparts to ensure the way we bring EA (and it's franchises/studios) honors our Strategy and commitment to our audience.
  • Ensure cohesive collaboration among the Marketing team with essential partners, establishing communication touchpoints on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Lead the Brand's external campaigns either driving support of franchise launches, co-creation with our studios, or custom campaigns led by Brand ensuring adoption of global campaigns across partners.
  • Manage campaign budget allocation informing optimization of marketing investments throughout the year according to goals, campaigns, and channel performance.
  • Inform fiscal year budget allocations, update budget documents for quarterly estimates and hold monthly budget review meetings with partners.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of cumulative experience in brand marketing.
  • Experience working in a matrixed team environment.
  • You have a passion for entertainment – from movies, series, live events to games.
  • Experience galvanizing partners across departments, at all levels.
  • Experience driving the creation of impactful messages and visuals to create conversation and culture around pop culture brands.
