Motive is looking for an Rendering Programmer to join our central technology team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• You will work in close collaboration with Motive game teams and the Frostbite team to improve engine functionalities and workflows.
• You will be an expert on the Motive central team for everything related to graphic functionalities and performance, memory management, rendering engine and visual effects.
• You will implement new, reusable graphic features allowing game teams to push the limits of Frostbite.
• You will maintain developed graphic features, making sure they run on all platforms, including Sony and Microsoft consoles.
• You will stay in touch with the newest hardware and software innovations regarding visual quality.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a comparable role, working with a AAA game engine
• Excellent working knowledge of C++ (knowledge of C# would be an additional asset)
• Experience with multithreaded programming
• Experience with profiling and performance optimization (algorithmic and low-level)
• Solid mathematical knowledge
• Self-directing
• Excellent teamwork
• Passion for making and playing creative games that push the boundaries of visual quality
