The FIFA Online 4 team is searching for a Development Manager to support our art team in creating exciting art assets for the game, both internally and with vendors.

Taking ownership of providing project visibility for your team while reliably delivering on commitments, you will manage the internal art content production team, coordinate with external partners and work with the relevant leads to ensure that internal production requirements are met and that partners provide the requested art assets on time and at quality.

You will report to the director of the FIFA Online 4 DD team.

 

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the FIFA Online 4 Art Content team's overall project management, including establishing development framework, reporting, risk management, capacity planning, resource management and budget.

  • Plan the team's Art roadmap and ensure that the art team delivers against the committed scope.
  • Build strong relationships with our external partners and explore ways to further enhance both the collaboration's output and quality.
  • Manage the progress of art asset production, manage risks through regular interactions with partner teams and our teams to resolve issues.
  • Work with art leads, team POs and franchise leadership to agree on your team's art asset delivery scope and timelines
  • Provide regular status updates and escalate urgent issues.
  • Take ownership of managing and guiding the team members through regular conversations and quarterly conversations

Required Skills

  • Business-level English or better communication skills in written and verbal form
  • Outsourcing experience with overseas vendors/partners
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence
  • 5 or more years of experience in project management / outsourcing management

Preferred Skills

  • Licensing work experience
  • Passion for the sport
  • Experience operating cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of art production pipelines

Development Manager는 팀에게 프로젝트 가시성 제공을 책임지며 에셋 배포 일정을 맞추는 업무를 담당합니다. 또한, 스튜디오의 제작 요건이 충족되고 외주 파트너사들이 요청된 아트 에셋을 적시에, 좋은 품질로 제공할 수 있도록 스튜디오의 아트 컨텐츠 제작 팀을 관리하고 외부 파트너와 협력하며 여러 직군 리드들과 협업합니다.

Key Responsibilities

 

개발 프레임워크 설정, 보고서 작성, 리스크 관리, 실무자 역량 관리, 리소스 관리 및 예산 계획 등 FIFA Online 4 아트 컨텐츠 팀 프로젝트를 전반적으로 관리

  • 팀의 아트 로드맵을 계획하고 아트팀에서 계획한 업무량을 완수할 수 있도록 보장
  • 외부 협력업체와 탄탄한 파트너쉽을 구축하고 해당 협업의 결과물 및 품질 향상 방법 모색
  • 아트 에셋 제작의 진행을 관리하고 여러 팀과 직군 사이의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 이슈를 해결하여 리스크를 관리
  • 아트 리드, 팀의 PO 및 프랜차이즈 리더십과 협력하여 팀의 아트 에셋 업무 범위 및 일정을 맞춤
  • 정기적인 상태 업데이트를 제공하고 긴급한 이슈를 에스컬레이션 함
  • 주기적 및 분기별 커뮤니케이션을 통해 팀원을 관리하고 가이드함
