Position Overview

Are you passionate about creating products that change how an enterprise company works?

Reporting to the Product Lead, the Content Operations team is looking for a product designer to help create the next generation of Content Pipelines and Campaign Management Tools which will shape how our company and partners work with our teams and creative assets. You'll leverage expert skills in UX, Interaction and Visual design to help create new features, optimise existing ones and contribute to a design system that create the ecosystem for our products.

You will be responsible for driving the design of Marketing products and features through complex requirements gathering processes involving many partners and constraints, creating concepts, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes to create understanding within the team, and meticulously crafting them into finished products by working with partners on the business, product and engineering teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will create outstanding designs using your knowledge of the user-centred design process.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement gathering sessions and organizational research to understand all user and our requirements.
  • You will Collaborate with other experience designers to ensure tactical execution matches high-level vision
  • You will work with product owners and developers alike, taking into account not only what is a first class experience, but complications which may arise in building that experience
  • You will be able to draw, prototype, code, and verbalize. Whatever communicates the idea best.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the UX/UI field with experience on internal applications at an enterprise level
  • Experience designing for our teams and how process and workflow fit into those designs
  • An understanding of the product life-cycle and building and iterating on products with large and established user bases.
  • You will have experience delivering multiple digital products. Experience with asset management (DAM) systems will be viewed favourably
  • Experience running user testing and measuring usability
  • You will have knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and other design and rapid-prototyping tools
  • A passion for gaming is always welcome
