Position Title: Manager, Analytics

External Description:

Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) organization provides the essential platforms and infrastructure hosting solutions that power EA's live services. Our charter is to make EA's games and services available to all players anytime and anywhere. To do this, we focus on the high availability of infrastructure, primary services, and studio services. We aim to help developers to experiment and build new games quickly with infrastructure services on-demand and workflows that promote rapid development in the cloud. In all of this, we focus on being there for players where and when they want to play.

Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with senior leaders to drive transformational priorities and establish an outstanding infrastructure capacity management platform.
  • You will manage major Infrastructure Optimization priorities and programs at scale, developing data-based solutions, and removing roadblocks.
  • You will develop thoughtful change management and communication plans, in collaboration with People Experience, to promote adoption and achieve Infrastructure Optimization strategies and other priorities.
  • You will contribute to key operations management mechanics to manage the organization, provide visibility, and promote engagement.
  • You will provide improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution; or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years of work experience in a top-tier management consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation; or 6+ years of professional experience working on a Strategy or Business Operations team within a technology company
  • Experience building relationships across departments, teams and skillsets to promote organizational priorities
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills and an understanding of key business and technological trends
  • Cloud and infrastructure / capacity planning domain expertise desirable
