What the Lead Tools Programmer will do at BioWare:

You will mentor and guide our central tools team to maintain and develop tools and workflow solutions that populates our games with amazing content.

Who You Are:

You enjoy working with creative people and coming up with innovative programmatic solutions for their problems. You have a passion for developing tooling solutions that help teams produce great results faster. You want to help us build the best games in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand content creation tools that meet creative, content & technical requirements.
• Collaborate with our game teams on solutions that will make our game content more amazing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, and cultivate an environment that inspires the team to do their best work.

Requirements:

• Experience leading geographically distributed & diverse team of programmers  

• Experience in developing tools/workflows for video game content creators

• Experience with databases, C++, C#, .NET Core and RESTful design
