And we want you to join us! We're hiring a Super User Program Manager for our Digital Service Delivery team.

You will be a part of EA's Worldwide Customer Experience (WWCE) organization reporting to the Director, Digital Service Delivery. We strive to make EA known for taking care of its players. We're players helping players, people helping people – whenever, wherever, and however they need us!

How does a Super User Program Manager make great experiences for players?

  • Oversee the daily management of the Super User program, working with our player communities and Super Users
  • Partner with legal and human resources to design a program that is in compliance with all local employment laws
  • Work with our marketing and studio teams to create giveaways and promotions (while managing budget) to encourage and motivate super users and related community activity
  • Report program performance
  • Make recommendations to the Director of Digital Service Delivery for areas of improvement
  • Participate in gaming events and community industry organizations for best practice sharing
  • Help our culture grow by experimenting and reflecting EA's values

If you are interested, you'll need these skills and experiences:

  • 3 or more years experience working in Community Forums management and communicating directly with the public.
  • implement change while maintaining your daily workload
  • Previous program management experience with a track record for completing tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media, EA forums, and the EA support community (Answers HQ) are a plus.
  • Can accomplish program targets and find improvement areas.
