The Challenge Ahead

We are looking for a UX Research Manager to cultivate an inspired research function across EA's FIFA franchise with an opportunity to influence important decisions on one of the world's most recognizable gaming franchises. You will report to the Senior Manager of UX Research and will partner with senior studio, research and marketing leaders to provide the insights necessary to create the best player experiences.

What You'll Do

  • You'll mentor your team, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
  • You lead your team to meet Electronic Arts' expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
  • You will work with franchise leadership to understand franchise goals and strategies to develop long-term user research plans and schedules for EA's titles
  • You will communicate research results to multiple levels of the organization in creative ways that promote impact

Requirements

  • Multiple years 7+ years of industry experience in user research or a related discipline
  • You are curious, collaborative, and passionate about using data to solve problems and identify opportunities
  • You can clearly and convincingly explain your perspective and decisions
  • You have worked as part of a multi-disciplinary organization where different perspectives are encouraged
  • You can successfully set and achieve priorities that benefit the FIFA team, the UX Research team, and all of Electronic Arts
