Adrenaline is the newly formed EA Mobile studio responsible for the development and live operations of FIFA Mobile. The Adrenaline team is founded on passion, innovation, and creativity. Our mission to provide immersive sports gaming experiences built for mobile devices and played by millions of gamers around the world. With teams located around the world, Adrenaline is powered by global talent and looking for passionate and creative new team members to design the future of mobile gaming.

You will report to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

• You will work with the Lead Designer, Producers and Product Managers to help determine every facet of the live operations plan: event structures and flow, economy, store bundles and promotions.
• You will work with all disciplines – engineering, art, QA, and others. – to implement events, sales, and content on schedule and to a high standard of quality.
• You will give and receive direction and feedback on design details, implementation specifics, and overall live operations strategy.
• Plan and implement event mechanics and metagame tuning, including collecting and integrating feedback from user experience testing.
• You will gather and report detailed updates on the status and quality of the product as content is built.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, with an emphasis on clarity and concision.
• Identify, propose, and implement improvements to workflow and tools.
• Create wireframes and screen flows optimized for a mobile-first experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional game design experience.
• Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
• Experience with mobile game development, free-to-play business model, and how design and the business model work together.
• Experience developing or improving content for a game in live service.
• Comfortable mentoring other designers and providing insightful feedback on all aspects of design and live ops.
