Golf Clash has been entertaining millions of players for over 4 years and our goal is to continue providing exciting new features and content to our fans for many more years to come. Playdemic is looking for a Development Manager to join the Golf Clash team! You will support all aspects of new feature development and Live Op content creation to make sure we hit deadlines and provide high quality, fun new experiences to our players!

This exciting role is all about communication. Your input into the smooth running of the studio will be vital.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain team tasks and scheduling to ensure delivery of features and content.
  • Work with the Senior Producer, other members of the production team and designers to translate game designs and art concepts into game content.
  • Localisation and outsource management.
  • Develop new processes to maintain quality communication.
  • Mentor more junior members of the production team.
  • Line Management of team members including helping support professional development, manage performance and supporting well-being.

Must Haves:

  • At least 3 years experience working in a Game Development studio or relevant production experience.
  • Experienced Line Manager of multi discipline development team members.
  • Experience with Production tools, including JIRA or similar task tracking solutions.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Experience with risk management.
  • Detail orientated, quality-focused and player centric.
  • Collaborative and able to foster relationships.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in developing, running and maintaining free-to-play, mobiles games.
  • Agile project management experience advantageous.
  • Experience with Mobile platform release tools.
  • Good combination of product sense (creative) and people skills.
