Pogo has been the leader in online casual games since 1998. We are the best online casual games destination where players can enjoy titles across multiple genres including Solitaire, Mahjong, Match 3, and others. Our experienced global team provides high-quality HTML5 games across the top casual genres, which support engaging metagames and social interactions.

Role Overview: As a Production Intern, you will learn how to manage and create production schedules and content in our systems. You will also contribute to live content support, production coordination and idea development.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with developers and producers to support the creation of project and milestone schedules, submission planning, and overall development plans.
• Review and evaluate milestones from external developers and outsource partners.
• Broaden knowledge across diverse areas of game-making, development/art/production/engineering to promote discussion across the team.
• Engage with metrics and insights from our audience and market to identify potential opportunities to improve the business.

Role Requirements:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and slated to graduate in December 2022 or beyond
• You must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full time basis during the 12-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• You have a working knowledge of project management, processes, tools, and planning
• You have experience with defining a production schedule for a product, feature, or deliverable
• You are proficient in Microsoft Suite, Perforce, Trello, JIRA, Miro or any other project management and developmental tools
• You know how to communicate your vision and iterate with multiple perspectives
• You are eager to be collaborative with teams in building our creative and design elements
• You are motivated to overcome challenges and bring your tasks to completion
• Affinity for the casual gaming audience
• Readiness to work with a globally distributed development team
• A passion for creating amazing casual games and experiences that amaze and delight!
