Position Title: Associate Quality Designer

The challenge ahead:

Motive is looking for an experienced Quality Professional to help our Engine team make amazing games. Our mission is to make our games the best they can be, and that's why we want YOU. As the next Quality Analyst for our Engine team, you will report to the QV Development manager.

Responsibilities:

  • You will design and oversee test cases for validating essential parts of our quality strategy around performance and primary systems.
  • You will be a mentor to more junior level analysts and support them in their daily work.
  • You will have a finger on the pulse on the technical side of the project, raising important risks to development partners when you see them.
  • You will work in engine and with multiple tools to ensure that the game is functioning correctly and will meet performance expectations of our players.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Game Design or related work experience
  • Experience with Game Engines such as Unity or Unreal
  • Passion for Horror Games
  • Familiarity with PC and at least one other platform such as Xbox or PlayStation
  • Passion for learning
