Role Overview

Create Audio is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Audio Artist who can make an immediate contribution to our team. You should have core experience in audio design and production components – sound design, music, voice production, and implementation. You will work within the Create Audio team and will work with other game development teams (i.e. Art, Animation, Engineering, Design, Production, and Marketing) If You have a passion for video games, with an overwhelming desire to create an outstanding audio experience - join us!

Responsibilities

  • Create quality audio for our video games and submit final audio files on or before required deadlines
  • Tune interactive elements in regards to audio inside of the game engine
  • Participate in quality control of work to expected standards and targets
  • Do sound design of source elements
  • Edit, name and organize files
  • Take direction from the Audio Director on a project and report to a Development Director

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years game/audio experience and/or audio post production/sound design skills
  • Have some experience using game development tools, technology and pipelines (Wwise, FMOD)
  • Comfortable with modern audio creation equipment, software and recording techniques, with a high level of proficiency in at least one DAW (ProTools, Nuendo, Reaper)
  • Solid knowledge of PC and Mac hardware and software
  • Great sound design and listening skills
  • Good creative and technical thinker
  • Have strong artistic and creative sensibilities
