Position Title: User Experience Researcher

As a UX Researcher at EA, you will report to the Senior Manager of Research for IT, where you and the rest of your team will envision digital and live experiences for players and employees.

Note that this is not a game studio design role **

Responsibilities

  • Connect user research with products related to players, recruiting, employee, and game creation related products being an amplifier for relevant insights by working across the company.
  • Be an expert at matching research insights and its delivery mechanisms with the priorities and strategic goals product pillars.
  • Work with designers, creating user scenarios, concept sketches, experience storyboards, high fidelity designs, and rapid prototypes.
  • Work with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, marketers, and external partners to establish cohesive language and a unified voice across products and platforms.

Requirements

  • Provide research that directly supports consumer marketing, social marketing and strategy, and audience illumination.
  • Skill at framing problems and scoping research approaches.
  • Questionnaire designer, survey programmer, data analyzer.
  • Translate complex questions into efficient and focused inquiries.
  • Analyze end-to-end product development from initial product strategy to post-launch iteration.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum, a variety of product design software, spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and customer research tools.
  • Diverse B2B/B2C portfolio (2+ years), spanning both web and mobile, that reflect design excellence
