The Challenge Ahead

We are embarking on a new technology to revolutionise the ways we create and publish videos across paid and social channels. As a marketing content librarian, you will join a team of marketers and developers in the journey to machine create and publish game videos to multiple channels. You will source, catalogue and distribute content from our video games to fuel our channels.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be someone who relishes challenges, enjoys communicating with partners across multiple territories, and working with all areas of the business. This role would suit someone with some marketing knowledge and awareness, who wants to develop their understanding of an innovation and development team in a global business.

Responsibilities

  • Collate and catalogue marketing content from the games studios and content creators
  • Facilitate upload of content with prescribed metadata to a central location
  • Keyword, tag and taxonomize content
  • Validate and QA content, video output and software
  • Collaborate with the Content Librarian team
  • Work with multiple teams including performance-based marketing, games studio and legal for example
  • Assist the software development team when needed for evolving technology toolsets
  • Manage internal (and external) account requests, create external accounts in tools where needed
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise work flows unsupervised

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a digital/media/gaming company
  • 1+ years experience working with marketing content (assets)
  • Explored video editing would be a bonus but not essential
  • An understanding of marketing and digital content asset libraries would be advantageous
