EASH是与EA全球工作室合作的内容支持团队。我们专注于各个风格和题材的高端质量美术产品，我们的合作开发项目包括而不限于：战地系列，极品飞车系列，星战前线系列，植物大战僵尸花园战争系列，FIFA系列，以及其他大部分EA开发的高精度端游。

助理美术师的职责包括制作，修改，维护和支持美术内容资产，在其他美术师的帮助下，保证递交的作品质量达到质量和效率的要求，并且保证其流畅运行于游戏平台。

美术技能

• 了解美术基本原理（构图，颜色，灯光，等等）。
• 能够理解并遵循概念美术设计。
• 善于接受别人的评价并且能理解修改的原因。

技术技能

• 3D(Maya/MAX)技能达到合格水平: 能够通过一定次数的修改完成简单的资源模型。(比例正确、道具/建筑结构合理、细节体现到位、LOD精准、高效模型,等等)。
• Photoshop或者类似的2D软件使用技能达到熟练水平。
• 贴图制作技能达到合格水平：能够通过一定次数的修改之后提交贴切的贴图。（优质且清晰的色彩，正确的风格并有足够的清晰度、可以合理的重复利用UV贴图，等等）
• UV技能（空间布局&展开技法）达到合格水平。

团队行为

• 能在计划时间内完成任务。
• 能遵循工作需求。
• 能与同事良好合作。
• 能积极参与每日例会。
