Operations Assistant (Temp)

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join the Baton Rouge Operations Team. If you are a person with a passion for people, data, collaboration and putting things together, this may be the opportunity you're looking for.

Being part of the Ops team, you will report to the Development Manager providing support to all Ops department related tasks.

What you will do:

• Ensure a proper processing of data through the staffing pipeline for the Operations department.
• Coordinate between multiple sources to align information.
• Maintain up-to-date staffing roster.
• Initiate and follow up with partners on equipment returns from departing staff.
• Acquire access and credentials for team members as they join the team.
• Create recurrent or ad hoc reports as requested by line manager.
• Undertake other administrative responsibilities for the other members of the team.

What we're looking for:

• Great experience using Office and data collection tools; solid Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and beginner PowerBI (updating dashboards already outlined).
• Coordination with multiple team members to achieve by email or instant messages.
• High sense of organization and urgency.
• Good skills of collaboration with all partners and team members.

This role will be contracted through PRO Unlimited at $17/hr with hours being 9am-6pm CST.
