Our team is looking for a Lead Mobile Software Engineer to join their team of accomplished people! The Engineer will report to the Development Director who oversees several cross-discipline team members. You will work directly with artists, game designers, UX experts, and other software engineers. You will prototype, experiment, and ultimately deliver features to millions of players.

You will guide the innovation and excellence that establish a rewarding mobile experience. You are motivated and have a passion for sport.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to create mobile application features and systems.
• Take full ownership of large features from conception to delivery
• Responsible for all aspects of feature development
• Define technical requirements, write technical design specifications
• Implementation of client, server, and database code
• Testing, debugging and support of all code written
• Conduct code reviews and train junior developers

Your Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in C++ software development
• Engineering experience on mobile platforms.
• Experience with Client/Server, Peer-to-Peer and multi-threaded architectures
• Knowledge of good software programming practices
• Experience leading engineering teams or features
• Experience collaborating with external technical teams

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with a variety of mobile development platforms/frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Ionic, Haxe)
• Knowledge of modern database technologies
• Experience with application and information security
