Position Title: Software Engineer II

Our team is looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to join their team of accomplished people! The Engineer will report to the Development Director who oversees several cross-discipline team members. You will work directly with artists, game designers, UX experts, and other software engineers. You will prototype, experiment, and ultimately deliver features to millions of players. You will guide the innovation and excellence that establish a rewarding mobile experience. You are motivated and have a passion for sport.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create mobile application features and systems
  • Take ownership of large features from conception to delivery
  • Define technical requirement and  write technical design specifications
  • Implementation of client, server, and database code
  • Testing, debugging and support of all code written

Your Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in C++ software development
  • Engineering experience on mobile platforms.
  • Experience with Client/Server, Peer-to-Peer and multi-threaded architectures
  • Knowledge of good software programming practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in C++ software development
  • Familiarity with a variety of mobile development platforms/frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Ionic, Haxe)
  • Knowledge of modern database technologies
  • Experience with application and information security
