Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst

External Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, your primary responsibilities will be global treasury operations and bank connectivity functions. You will work independently and as a global team member with all levels of staff and management. You will also work with the external banking and investment community. At EA we place a high value on work quality and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage North America bank account structure - update bank signatories, Know Your Customer (KYC) and banking resolutions, administer multiple e-banking portals and user access requests. Maintain accurate inventory of global bank accounts and signers. Prepare Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) documentation.
  • Primary responsibility for daily North America cash operations, including daily cash positioning, preparing wire transfers, and ensuring proper cash and liquidity is available to meet financial obligations
  • Support the investment of EA's short-term corporate cash
  • Support FX processes, including trade settlement, settlement of inter-company balances, and inter-company funding
  • Maintain Cash & Investment Portfolio Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) documentation and ensure ongoing compliance. Help with auditor walk-through and reviews
  • Work with Senior Treasury Manager to manage global projects. Design reporting packages related to project status, banking partner Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Initiative metrics providing detailed visibility into treasury operations and projects
  • Frequently work with Regional Controllers, International Accounting, Tax, A/P, A/R, Payroll, IT and bank service provider to remove impediments and improve our processes.
  • Independently work on projects to help us improve our value as a Treasury team.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and project scoping as requested

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 4+ years of domestic and international treasury experience in a public multinational company
  • Great spreadsheet and other standard software skills are important.
  • Treasury Software experience in FXall, CitiDirect, Kyriba
  • Working knowledge of Oracle 12, Power BI and Hyperion Enterprise
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
