Who We Are

We exist to inspire the world to play sports mobile games. Creating experiences that foster that sense of competition inherent in sports. We work together to write defect-free code, create easy-to-use & understand the gameplay, and maintain online services for the users of our games. Join us as we build and run the live service for Madden NFL Mobile & NBA LIVE Mobile, and look to grow new experiences in the basketball and American football mobile game spaces.

What We Need

A highly collaborative project manager who can successfully deliver a game’s live content on time, within budget, and to the desired quality. This person would oversee the content’s project schedule, and be the direct line manager to a team of designers and artists. Help us build the best mobile games in the industry!

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of disciplines including artists and designers. Collaborate with software engineers, other development managers, and other production staff.
  • You have oversight over the content delivery for a live service.
  • You will partner with project managers and creative leads to make sure content is made that meets the needs of our user base and satisfies KPI targets.
  • Build and evolve an efficient team; identify resourcing needs, provide challenges and developmental opportunities to ensure that all employees reach their potential.
  • Regular communication with the project team and coordinates dependencies with external partners
  • Organize project planning and retrospective sessions with their team
  • Assessment and mitigation of risks for areas of ownership
  • Partner with core project teams to manage scope and quality

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of project management or team leadership experience. Video game experience is a plus!
  • Education requirement: University degree Bachelors or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication across all levels and organizations.
  • Experience in various project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
