Position Title: Associate Experience Designer

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the design team to develop on the visual and interactive project goals.
• Design the best pathways to guide our players through the menus and options.
• Develop visual targets for features and build pixel perfect final design(s).
• Join efforts with our UX designers and Technical Artists to develop simple and clear solutions for complex features
• Work with the Product/Game Designer(s) to understand the feature's vision and offer them visual design support.
• We need you to be an area matter expert and to ensure expected functionality for the owned feature.
• You will report to a project manager responsible with the product development.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with digital graphic design fundamentals, including screen layout, composition, typography, and color.
• Experienced with the importance and purpose of a design strategy.
• Collaborative mindset, to participate in a transparent and learning culture within the team.
• Portfolio to display a multiple projects expertise with focus on creating experiences applicable in the digital interfaces.
• Conviction to sell your ideas, prototype quickly, and refine feedback
• Expertise in the Adobe Suite and other visual design tools

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with Flash, After Effects, Maya and Keyshot and how they will be used to bring your beautiful designs to game
• Familiarity developing prototypes.
• Working knowledge of opportunities and constraints of current and new UI languages, console platforms, and other technologies as they pertain to visual design
