The EA Digital Platform (EADP) group provides central services that help game teams to tap into the power of the global EA ecosystem. Compatible across multiple platforms and devices, our platform empowers teams to foster deeper, more meaningful relationships with our players. The EADP is the foundation on which EA's games are built. By providing reusable capabilities that game teams can easily integrate into their games, we allow them to focus on making incredible games.

The Challenge Ahead:

Is to improve of Continuous Integration (CI) and Build systems for our EA Digital Platform SDK products on mobile, PC, Mac, and console platforms. You will work with software engineers from the SDK and server partner teams.

What a CI Software Engineer does within EA's Digital Platform Division at EA:

Our systems include Build & Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Metrics Reporting, and Virtual Infrastructure Management.

Reporting to a Senior Manager of Engineering, your primary responsibilities are to oversee and expand our systems, maintain an automation pipeline, and work with development teams to address build issues and improvements. You will also monitor the automation systems and respond to breakages.

The Next Great Automation Engineer also needs to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 1+ years of professional development experience with Jenkins on Linux and Windows for job creation/management.
• Experience with Groovy, Python, or other scripting languages
• Experience with Docker and virtualization
• Experience with software engineering concepts and debugging processes
• Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills,
• You are a solution oriented individual.
