Your Responsibilities 

Resource Planning & People Management

  • Oversee domain career management and team development by creating a community for our artists to develop their crafts and creativity
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Resource Management teams to facilitate domain resourcing, forecasting and (permanent and temporary) hiring to achieve our SPORTS ART goals
  • Proactively build and optimize resource strategies for the crafts
  • Support project leaders in resolving any domain specific challenges through detailed impact assessment. Build prioritized proposals based on analysis. 

 Training and culture

  • Working with the Art Directors,  Global Craft Directors and Project Leads, understand the department's crafts strategies and build training plans to support them.
  • Execute and organize the annual training plan - including both formal training and informal training such as lunch n learns. 
  • Design and drive programming for the department to build  a creative culture. Examples: organize sculpting or drawing workshops, bringing inspiring guest speakers, etc.

Operations:

  • Determine the right communication lines and meeting cadence for crafts.
  • Own and lead crafts meetings and publish notes
  • Create monthly crafts newsletter highlighting key happenings and wins across the group
  • Develop global programs and special projects across crafts as needed
  • Partner with Global Crafts Director to understand domain roadmaps and where they need help to drive execution
  • Drive consistency and alignment across all crafts

Analysis/Budget

  • Partnering with the Global Crafts directors and Supervising DD’s, ensure there is alignment on actions to resolve upcoming GAPS and help facilitate solutions via OS, hiring or other solutions
  • Facilitate conference attendance across crafts and determine budget needs. Work with Department Heads to secure budget support planning and travel logistics for those attending
  •  Quarterly analysis/templates to fill in (staff monthly demands, travel budget, R&O's etc.)
  • Maintain and optimize regular resource mix analysis to support leadership's decision making

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years project management, resourcing, budgeting and hiring experience.
  • Comfortable implementing processes and strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • A proactive leadership style with a track record in building relationships with your team and peers. Willing and eager to share your knowledge with others
  • Experience managing creative people and process would be beneficial
  • 3+ years of experience in different project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Ability to influence outcomes  in a matrixed organization
  • Advocate for positive change and demonstrated experience guiding new projects to completion
  • Background and understanding of art and art production is an asset
