Come and join the talented GRID team based out of our impressive Southam studio set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside and near the historic town of Leamington Spa.
As a Lead / Principal, this role enables unrivalled opportunity to define and shape the dynamic and visceral world of the latest project from the team responsible for 2019’s GRID, a title known for its cinematic flair and leading-edge graphical capability.

This opportunity will give you scope and a level of autonomy to deliver optimum visuals, utilising our own world-class, state of the art engine and tools in conjunction with your deep programming capability and awesome attention to detail and excellence.
We are able to provide depths of programming opportunities with an array of choices including specialisation in core-tech or combined with a mixture of feature-lead challenges. The scale of operation here means there will always be new challenges and career progression.
Your skills should include:
- A deep level of experience and understanding of shader and GPU programming
- 3D API knowledge (PC and Console)
- Advanced 3D geometry
- Pure & Applied Maths
- Parallel programming
- Use of performance analysis tools
- Previously worked on several shipped titles
