Position Title: Senior Lead Game PM

External Description:

Senior Lead Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Product Manager to join us in the early stages of development of a new Cross-platform Game as a service. You will report to our Head of Product Management.

Product Management is an essential piece in our development process. You will work in close collaboration with studio leadership, production, game design, UX, art, engineering and operations.

This is a data-focused role.

Responsibilities:

  • You will drive requirements for data analytics to enhance our decision making and improve the performance of the game
  • You will partner with our analytics and user research teams to post mortem all important playtests and live phases and adjust designs/plans accordingly
  • You will communicate measurements to all internal and external partners
  • You will work in close collaboration with the design team to develop the game economy and all the features associated with it
  • You will balance and improve the game economy by applying a healthy mix between qualitative and quantitative data
  • You will help perform all sorts of projections for the game team, including for example revenue projections, cost analysis, CCU predictions
  • You will help monitor trends and best practices, third parties tools/partnerships, and internal business intelligence

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or data analytics in the gaming industry
  • Avid consumer of live service games – is inspired by playing them and is always thinking about how they can improve
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with rigorous approach to building products
  • You have delivered at least one product through the entire product development cycle
