As a LiveOps Product Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operation planning and execution for Capital Games’ titles. Additionally, you will be responsible for helping plan and execute Lifecycle Operations for players at different stages of their in-game journey. You should be passionate about representing the needs of players and providing a stable, engaging gameplay experience that drives sustainable revenue growth. Successful candidates will be detail-driven, with strong communication and organizational skills and an ability to partner with cross-discipline peers.

How your day would look like:

  • Plan and execute game Events and Sales within our toolsets and cadence
  • Coordinate closely with SWGOH LiveOps team
  • Coordinate release cadence with Live Partners (Art, Design, etc.) to ensure merchandising is fully resourced and on schedule Develop operational plans for new sale tactics
  • Actively maintain operational documentation and planning
  • Monitor performance metrics and surface action items to relevant stakeholders
  • Iterate on execution and balance to improve product performance

  • Passion for creating and playing great freemium games
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Detail-oriented and driven to pursue executional excellence
  • Ability to react and effectively execute in the face of change
  • Strong communication skills with partners and stakeholders
  • Fluency in mobile F2P monetization practices, sales, and event types
  • Strong understanding of Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (preferred)
  • Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day
  • BS/BA degree; ideally in a quantitative discipline
  • 1 year of experience working on a Live Game, ideally in a Product or Operational role (e.g., QA, CS, Community, etc.)
