Electronic Arts' Digital Partners & Commercial Ventures team is looking for a global Commercial Planning – Senior Analyst to join our Redwood City-based group. Our team's core function is to lead all partner planning efforts that impact EA's subscription and PC businesses; including the support of global revenue forecasts, subscriber retention planning, commercial acquisition planning, content/member benefit planning, subscription partner development and platform optimization programs. You will be an essential member of the team using data to steer strategy.
Your responsibilities and contributions will be:
- Lead subscription and PC platform engagement assessments supported with data-driven analyses
- Analyze user behaviors and identify opportunities to optimize acquisition channels, improve conversion funnels and maximize retention efforts
- You will work with other analysts on essential strategic projects; provide recommendations on solutions to analytic needs
- Design and publish reporting solutions that would help our partners assess the health of our subscription playlists and commercial efforts
- Identify, design, and test new metrics that can be used to track subscriber and game performance
- Help develop new forecasting and financial modeling methodologies
- Create compelling presentations to all levels of management; storylines and insights that inspire and lead to data-centric decision-making across the organization
- 6+ years of relevant hands-on analytical experience (data mining, data analysis and data visualization, etc.)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders; ability to manage the needs of our essential internal partners
- In-depth working knowledge of SQL, with experience in writing queries for large complex data sets
- Advance knowledge of data analysis (e.g. R, Python) and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
- Understand statistical models and concepts
