Position Title: Software Engineer I

We are looking for a DevOps Specialist to join our growing B&R team as we support the release of Apex Legends and develop the technical pipeline.

What you’ll do…

  • Troubleshoot and provide support for the development teams and escalate issues to the build and release team, when appropriate.
  • Monitor the build, test, and deployment system for failures, and report them to the proper channels.
  • Deep dive in log files and errors to locate the root cause.
  • Implement automatic build failure analytics using regex.
  • Assist in preventing leakages using automated processes and reporting.
  • Work together with QA and other development teams to triage issues
  • Monitor and address automated systems issues

 

You have...

  • Experience with AAA game development
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to work with multiple dev teams and prioritize needs accordingly
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize work effectively within deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A helpful attitude - taking pride in helping others

 

Ideally you will also have…

  • Proficiency working with Jenkins
  • Experience working with Perforce
  • Experience working with ELK stack
  • Experience with scripting such as python or ruby
  • Experience with Regular Expressions
  • Previous work experience with Grafana
