Position Title: Sr Game Designer

Report to: Producer

职责描述:
-将会负责手机游戏中数值设定平衡等相关的各项需求；
-对分配的项目认真负责，积极协同制作团队理解项目要；
-控制项目质量和进度，定期的整理并汇报项目进展；
-在项目进展过程中，对项目的突发问题及反馈意见能够积极应对并灵活处理；
-学习并研究亚洲流行的网络游戏市场，了解成功的要素并懂得如何借鉴到EA的游戏中。

-有独立制作新系统的经验
-能够独立架构游戏整体数值体系（核心玩法数值平衡，外围系统内平衡，系统间平衡）
-能通过数值系统设计建立玩家由浅入深完整的游戏体验（游戏难度，游戏进度）
-为不同阶段的玩家建立起针对性的数值目标，并配合系统准确转达给玩家，让玩家感知并自行树立目标
-能根据不同游戏运营阶段/生命阶段，根据产品需求进行数值迭代
-玩过不同种类的游戏，对其中较典型的产品的数值体系有自己的见解，根据自己的理解阐述其设计意图
-能准确表达自己的设计意图及从玩家角度描述所能感知到的变化
-设计需要切实可行，结合产品不同阶段都有较明确的实现方法，
-日常更新维护数值配置表

职位要求:
-三年以上专业游戏研发经验；
-完整参与并负责过至少一个多人在线网络游戏或手机游戏的制作；
-过往项目中，能够有从原创到具体制作完成的实际经验；
-对游戏设计理论及质量有一定认识与理解；
-了解玩家对手机游戏的需求，并能够在设计中考虑到适合的商业模式；
-能够和其他部门进行有效的沟通；
-本科以上理工科专业，数学，统计学相关专业优先考虑；
-英语沟通良好优先考虑。
