As an Art Director, you will join Madden art direction team supporting the Franchise Art Director by owning a specific area of the game and lead a team of artists across multiple disciplines - Visual effects, Lighting, Environments and Characters. You will work under the guidance of Franchise Art Director and Studio Art Director, collaborating with other Animation, Experience and Creative Directors to create a cohesive vision for the game. You will provide creative leadership, communicate ideas both visually and verbally, and collaborate with the rest of team through the game development cycle.

We are looking for individuals that have a proven eye for visual quality and who incorporate the rich history of visuals and technology from games - as well as culture, fashion, and film - to create the future of what gamers will experience. The candidate should also be highly collaborative, takes feedback well and be a proactive problem solver to help the team deliver high quality art in a fast-paced production environment.

In addition, we would prefer that you have shipped a high-quality game in a role as Art Director or Art Lead where you were responsible for guiding artists, critiquing their work, creating visual targets, and mentoring them.
