We are looking for someone with deep insights on how to create the best experience for our players.

As an Assistant Producer, you will work with a team of producers, product managers, artists, and marketing partners to create compelling new in game communication strategies for The Sims 4. You will also take ownership of specific processes that are important for ensuring the delivery of in-game messaging and work with our internal partners to ensure quality and delivery of all parts of the in-game messaging, including art, copy, and testing verification. You will report into a Producer on The Sims 4 production team.

Responsibilities:

  • Track tasks for player messages, including release timing, platform details, and status
  • Manage the message process, including implementation of messages within our proprietary tools, working with our marketing team to ensure delivery of copy and art are on time and of quality, reviewing copy, creating in game strings, and ensuring translation of releases
  • Create new images from in game capture
  • Coordinate message implementation with our Quality Verification team to ensure quality releases
  • Field bugs and assess their priority and risk
  • Ensure on time delivery of in-game messages
  • Work with our Live Ops QV partners to follow up on blockers post release
  • Be the primary customer advocate, ensuring the best possible customer experience
