The Challenge Ahead

We are looking for an Associate Designer to join our development team located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is an opportunity to help bring the creative vision to life on the EA Sports NHL franchise.

What you will do:

• Work side by side with the live service product team to create graphic content for product campaigns
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to create new, and modify existing, 2D art for interfaces and promotional assets
• Understand how the EA audience works with its games/services, and make use of this knowledge in the development of exceptional art content
• Provide clear, detailed, and pixel perfect final design

We are looking for:

• 2+ Years of experience in Graphic Design
• Experience working with multiple stylistic approaches
• A portfolio that displays an excellent use of typography, color, and layout for digital media.
• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools
• Technical aptitude and a cooperative/collaborative approach to teamwork
• A passion for design and sport

Nice to have:

• Experience in Adobe Animate or other animation tools
• Experience with 3D modeling programs like Keyshot
• Comfortable learning proprietary tools to build the game software
