Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

External Description:

Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to our Global Brand Management team based in Stockholm, you will report directly to our Senior Director for Brand Marketing. At EA, you will join a team that is shaping the global presence of exciting and market leading videogame franchises. You will work closely with our brand directors and team leads spanning important functions such as Brand management, Brand Activation, Creative, Legal, Finance, Studio and other teams within EA and some of our external partners. You will coordinate and facilitate projects that cross borders between the Marketing team and said functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more insight into game development, branding and that wants to grow in a global company.

This is a temporary contract for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and help Directors & Team Leads with project management related tasks
  • Set up and administrate suppliers, contracts and payments
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contracts, agreements and budgets
  • Coordinate meetings & contracts with external parties
  • Administration for brand & company events and other key milestones
  • Admin support to Brand Directors
  • Support team for travel

Skills & Competencies:

We would expect you to have a few years of experience of a similar role or responsibilities

  • Event planning, marketing, account management, accounting (many areas of expertise could count towards this)
  • Business background (comfortable with basic finance, contracts and general management)
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating several projects in parallel
  • International business experience a plus
  • Passion for gaming is desired
  • Comfortable speaking & writing English

Qualifications:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Project management skills would be a plus
