DevOPS :

you should be comfortable with the following technical background

• Concrete experience in working with CI/CD
• Experience with code repository / Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools (like Git) and about the options to interact to it programmatically
• Strong on build and deployment tools (Jenkins) and integration with other tools and / or extend their capabilities
• Scripting and automated process management with scripting, (Linux Batch scripting, Windows scripting (BAT/CMD scripts, Power Shell scripts) and Python)
• Networking (i.e. load balancing, firewalls) and storage solutions (i.e. NAS/SAN/local) and security concepts related to encryption/decryption and SSL/TLS
• Cloud Computing concepts such as IaaS, SaaS, PaaS
• Containerization (like Kubernetes, Docker) concepts, knowledge with public or private clouds such as Cloud Foundry
• Familiarity with configuration/provisioning tools like Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Salt, or Ansible in production environments with many nodes.
• English fluency

you should be comfortable with the following work organization patterns:

• Have very good command of English language (both written and spoken)
• Develop projects in a distributed team
• Interact daily with all the roles of a project team (BA, developer, QA, PM, product owner)
• Have a proactive approach towards your work and processes
• Adapt and adjust to change – very relevant for this project

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with system integration related technology such as Web Service standards (SOAP, WSDL), REST services, message queue tools (such as JMS and RabbitMQ) and XML structure and JSON format
• Understanding of relational/SQL databases (mysql, mariadb, mssql) and understanding of no-SQL databases (like MongoDB), capable of understanding queries and schema structure
• Good communication skills to work with and potentially mentor co-workers, architects, technical leaders and software engineers
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and globally distributed teams
• Familiarity in working with Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure, Google)

 

System Administrator : 

you should be comfortable with the following technical background

• Concrete experience in working with Linux / Windows
• Experience with code versioning
• Experience with automation (ansible, jenkins, chef, etc)
• General knowledge of system / device monitoring
• Scripting and automated process management with scripting, (Linux Batch scripting, Windows scripting (BAT/CMD scripts, Power Shell scripts) and Python)
• English fluency

you should be comfortable with the following work organization patterns:

• Understands the concept of Incident Management, prioritization and impact vs urgency

• Follows knowledge base documentation 
• Follows processes, procedures and work instructions 
• Creates tracking tickets and follows up on open/ongoing issues 

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Cloud services tools and technology, standard networking, systems and database principles

• Experience in working with network devices
• Experience in working with API’s
