We are the EA Sports Mobile Team, a division of EA crafting high-quality mobile games and focusing on delivering high-quality, immersive experiences created to fit the lifestyle of mobile gamers. EA Sports Mobile currently operates in Vancouver, British Columbia, Orlando, Florida, and Bucharest, Romania.

As an Assoc Producer you will be responsible for helping to drive the vision of NBA Live Mobile as well as managing multiple relationships across EA to include regular interaction with our Japan and China Studios as well as mobile publishers in both those regions as our game is delivered across upwards of 15 different platforms in all global markets.  The successful candidate will have a strong mix of creative, production, innovative and design experience from the mobile, F2P, and live services gaming space. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with a cross studio team to help bring live content and core loop designs from concept to release in a fast paced environment.
• Help define best practices in acquisition, engagement and monetization across multiple mobile free to play markets.
• Partner closely with production, design and product teams across studios to conceptualize, spec and implement engaging features, mechanics, systems and modalities of play.
• Drive product requirements and feature roadmaps from concept through delivery; write clear and concise specs for new content, features and systems
• Partner with EA analytics teams to marry data driven decisions and the creative process. 
• Track performance on a daily basis, communicate daily KPIs to internal and external stakeholders and adjust designs / plans accordingly.  Leverage Data Analytics, A/B testing, Push Notifications and other partner tools to drive KPIs.
• Work in deep partnership with regional and global publishing groups, leveraging consumer insights, market feedback, as well as platform and channel expertise drive effective go to market strategies

What does EA look for? 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent considered but not required.
• 5+ years relevant industry experience including a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a designer on a AAA or Top 50 mobile game
• Production experience on published F2P titles, Collectible Card Games, live services, and games as a service (preferably operated in a mobile environment)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven product design and decision making.
• ARPPU, ARPU, D2, D7, D14, Conversion Rates, and MAU/DAU…Must be able to speak the language of live service games
• Experience with multivariate, A/B, or similar testing techniques in web or mobile products
• Adaptability and ability to collaborate and lead a mildly distributed team
• Enjoys an interactive and agile work environment and collaborates well with various work styles
• Creative and sharp business sense with exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to project manage and work effectively under deadlines and in complex business environments
