Position Title: Sr. Manager, Global Brand Management

Senior User Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of media buyers to operate as an excellent media buying operation
  • Brainstorm and supply applicable insights on creatives and data for multiple games that lead to incremental advantages in media buying or product success
  • Solve ongoing performance goals
  • Nurture advertising partner relationships to strengthen EA’s standing within the partner’s development road map
  • Improve the growth marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing, hypothesis testing
  • Take ownership of the entire user experience for top flight mobile games while juggling projects and campaigns across multiple titles/apps and partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
  • Experience building user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV, etc)
  • Curiosity and experience proposing, testing new advertising channels, partners, formats, etc.
  • Experience pushing team members at any level to achieve at an outstanding level
  • BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent Quantitative field
  • Experience building relationships with third-party media partners with an emphasis on Social networks (FB,Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
  • Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on Return on investment
  • Passion/knowledge for video games
  • Experience with Excel, SQL and Microsoft office / google applications
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with coding languages like Python, HTML helpful
  • Comfortable managing multi million dollar budgets
