Position Title: Senior Marketing Specialist II

The Brand Transformation Senior Strategist will work closely with the Strategy Director and Head of Brand Transformation EA headquarters, Redwood City, San Francisco. They will be responsible for writing clear actionable briefs to change behaviour amongst employees and players around the world. 

 

This will involve partnering with the teams who run Electronic Arts products, services and experiences to deliver communications and action that support the brand overall. In this capacity, they will be an excellent collaborator, and an agent of change.

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years as a strategist at a Creative Ad Agency or an in-house creative department with their most recent role driving brand campaigns, brand positionings, and/ or brand transformation
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to take briefs from inception to execution
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder situations
  • The ability to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team and work well with different personalities 
  • Experience across brand re-lauches, repositionings or transformation
  • Sound understanding of brand measurement and research to drive brand insights
  • Competent at commissioning and driving research with third party agencies and in-house analytics teams
  • Competent working with data to create insights themselves - takes a creative approach to asking questions from the data
  • Excellent organization skills and follow-through
  • Solid presentation creation skills and an interest in developing stronger presenter skills
  • Ambitious to eventually nurture others’ careers

 

Day to day responsibilities

  • Responsible for translating the brand strategy into clear, actionable and insight-driven briefs
  • Responsible for supporting the Building Healthy Communities org to deliver clear player facing brand behaviors 
  • Responsible for supporting head of brand transformation with strategic data-informed points of view to manage brand activity up to executive stakeholders and socialize brand activity to the wider organization
  • Responsible for generating and maintaining momentum for the brand strategy within working teams in the organization (e.g employee engagement campaigns)

You are strategic and pragmatic in equal measure and demonstrate a strong understanding of how to measure brand equity increases. You are excited by business transformation beyond traditional communications and advertising.
