The Challenge Ahead:

Electronic Arts are looking for an experienced in-house Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be based in our Austin office, supporting the end to end recruitment process across Word Wide Customer Experience and other business units. This role requires a flexible approach and a superior level of professional interaction with candidates, business stakeholders and many other teams that work together to attract and onboard our employees.

What a Recruiter does at EA:

You’ll own the end to end recruitment process, delivering a great experience to both candidates and your business partners. Including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates.
Partnering closely with the business and HR to predict future hiring needs and adopting a proactive approach to talent planning and pipelining
Testing out new approaches to attracting candidates, experimenting with new tools and always focusing on improving the candidate experience.
Acting as a talent advisor to your hiring managers; driving alignment, stakeholder engagement and encouraging best practices across the hiring process
Ensuring the ATS is updated in real-time and providing accurate reports on recruitment activity.

The next great EA Recruiter also needs:

Demonstrable in-house recruitment experience, ideally with a track record hiring and sourcing high volume customer support agents across multiple languages
A strong track record of hiring top talent, through direct sourcing channels
Ability to work in a varied and ever-changing environment, where flexibility and prioritization is key to meeting business objectives and changing constraints
Great attention to detail - it’s not easy with a busy workload and a large number of processes to adhere to, but we need someone who can maintain high standards
Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload within a changing environment
Focused on ensuring a ‘best in class’ candidate experience
A natural curiosity to try new approaches, test new tools and think of creative ways to find top talent
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage remote relationships
Able to adapt and be flexible, whilst working strategically and operationally
Proficient user of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
