Position Overview

  Our People Operations team is looking for a full time People Operations Assistant to come in and hit the ground running. We function as the backbone of our HRIS data integrity as well as processing onboarding and offboarding globally. The ideal People Operations Assistant will be passionate about organization, enthusiastic, and friendly. If you enjoy filing and find comfort in knowing that everything is catalogued this is the role for you! This position will sit in our Redwood City, California Headquarters with all the perks that come along with it; such as two on-campus cafeterias, X-box and PlayStation consoles to play various games, on-site gym and of course the game store!

Responsibilities:

• Handle sensitive data with integrity
• Organize file cabinets
• Sort through and organize boxes of files
• Look up employees in Workday
• Maintain current files/destroy unnecessary documents
• Alphabetize and organize paper files by year
• Compile folders per employee
• Complete other file projects as needed
• Support People Operations Team as requested

• Ability to lift 30lbs
• Experience working with highly confidential employee records
• Attention to detail
• Great time management skills
• Ability to work independently and with speed
