External Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and capture business requirements.
- Collaborate with studio and central PM team to establish the analytics project goals including business goals, scope definition, quality targets and time-frame.
- Responsibility for establishing an overall project schedule based on the individual task estimates.
- Collaborate with Senior analyst to ensure planned capacity will deliver project on time, quality and budget.
- Regularly works with team members to manage risks and dependencies; creates and updates project risk and dependency lists.
- Manage and optimize processes for telemetry design, raw data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
- Determine the resource requirements to meet the task requirements.
- Validate task duration and determine task dependencies.
- Establish a budget for each task, determine task dependencies, and assign tasks to team resources as appropriate.
- Establish test plans / success criteria for each task
- Managing the change request process
- Lead and develop a team of data analysts.

Skill Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience; 8 years Project Management experience; 5 years of leadership experience (line management).
- Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills;
- Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
- Strong project management ability to plan and manage multiple processes, people and projects simultaneously.
