Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand our needs and capture our requirements.
  2. Collaborate with studio and central PM team to establish the analytics project goals including our goals, scope definition, quality targets and time-frame.
  3. Responsibility for establishing an overall project schedule based on the individual task estimates.
  4. Collaborate with Senior analyst to ensure planned capacity and delivery of projects.
  5. Work with team members to manage risks and requirements; create and updates project risk and dependency lists.
  6. Improve processes for telemetry design, raw data intake, validation, mining and engineering and modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
  7. Determine the resource requirements to meet the task requirements.
  8. Validate task duration and determine task requirements.
  9. Establish a budget for each task, determine task requirements, and assign tasks to team resources.
  10. Establish test plans / success criteria for each task
  11. Manage the change request process
  12. You will report into Analytics manager in China, and develop a team of data analysts.

Skill Requirements

  1. 10+ years of software development experience; 8 years Project Management experience; 5 years of leadership experience (line management).
  2. Accommodate, mediate and conflict resolution skills.
  3. Communicate across all levels of an organization.
  4. Project management experience to manage multiple processes, people and projects simultaneously.
