Position Title: Assoc Producer I

External Description:

• Responsibilities:
• • In studio direction and coaching of talent as aligned upon with Commentary Director
  • Owns scheduling talent, and working with dev teams across studio to ensure scripts are ready for each session
  • Interfacing with Script Writer to ensure he is aligned with the scripts, and able to communicate nuances to talent
  • Protects the talent’s voices: ensuring talent’s voices are not being overused—makes the call to push a session should there be any signs of fatigue on vocal quality
  • Provide an energetic and fun atmosphere for the talent to come into each session
  • Tracks deliverables and priorities as set by game team Producer in appropriate tracking tools (Hansoft, Confluence, etc)
  • Works with dev members to define quality bar in the entire audio space – not limited to commentary
  • Acts as the feedback conduit between Dev and service providers when it comes to anything audio (ex. Audio Works)
  • Drives quality in studio within the commentary space
  • Drive overall mix quality
  • Must work closely with the commentary design team to understand designs/provide any necessary review
  • Owns the schedule of the studio, and communication to talent of when they need to be recording
  • Owns spec’ing studio equipment and acoustics to ensure a consistent and high quality signal chain
  • Owns regular listening sessions with the dev team, to ensure quality and alignment
  • Responsible for owning and identifying any processes which will increase efficiency in the areas of recording, editing, mastering
