The Studio

Electronic Arts’ Firemonkeys Studio in Melbourne is regarded throughout the industry as a leader in delivering high-quality, engaging games on iOS and Android. We frequently release new meaningful updates for our live mobile games such as Real Racing 3, The Sims FreePlay, Need for Speed, and The Sims Mobile.

The Role 

The position of Recruiter is an exciting and rare opportunity to join our People Experience team in Docklands, Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guide the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical game related roles across Melbourne
  • Source candidates through multiple avenues whilst advocating for the candidate
  • Be a talent advisor to your hiring managers; ensuring alignment, partner engagement and encouraging best practice across the hiring process
  • Report on important recruitment data, producing regular and ad-hoc reports

About You 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and would like to add to their already existing experience in the Tech Recruitment space. 

Required:

  • 2+ years recruitment experience in technology
  • Experience recruiting across a mix of technical disciplines and levels of seniority
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience working within an ATS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
