Product Manager/Assistant Producer, Player Network

What part will you play?

  • Learning, growth and mentorship opportunities in Product Management 
  • Nurture the product vision for the features you are assigned.
  • Collaborate, communication and coordination of key tasks for the development team.
  • Committed to creating high quality products and user experiences.
  • Responsible for tracking and scheduling aspects of the development process.
  • Take clear and concise meeting notes to be distributed to the development team.
  • Follow up on action items from meetings and clearly communicate status updates.
  • Identify and communicate project risks to stakeholders and development team.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Write clearly defined tasks and requirements for project and live-ops initiatives.
  • Focus the team on feature priorities 



Candidate requirements?

  • 1 - 3 years in software development or related industry.  
  • Presentation skills and ability to tell a good story.  
  • Experience working with JIRA and/or other task and bug tracking tools.
  • An understanding of the product development cycle (processes and workflows).
  • Dependable project and time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
  • Ability to manage complicated work in a large cross functional environment.
  • Excellent written, oral, and email communication skills.
  • Interest or eagerness to learn.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills..
  • College degree in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience.



Bonus Points

  • Product management, producer, or video game related experience 
  • Experience shipping consumer-facing products 
  • Familiarity and understanding of key software and business metrics.
